Spicewood Helping Hands Crisis Ministry

Helping Hands Crisis Ministry of Spicewood was founded in June of 2007. The foundation of the ministry is based on fulfilling Jesus' great commandment of Love Your Neighbor as Yourself.

We value assisting all people without regard to race, creed, religion, or national origin. Welcoming any individual or organization to help us achieve our mission. Respecting the confidentiality of both donors and recipients.

Our Mission

To meet short-term needs by giving immediate physical help of food, financial aid, and minor home repairs to people in crisis situations.

To meet long-term needs by encouraging participation in education classes, support groups, job procurement, financial and personal counseling, and spiritual support.

The holiday season is rapidly approaching us! Let the Robin Bond Interiors team and Chef Ryan Abitz show you how to entertain in style. Come ready to learn some tricks of the trade to wow your friends and family!
This is also a great opportunity for you to partner with us to give back to the community by bringing a canned good, non-perishable food item or other item on the list below. Any items received will be donated to the Helping Hands Organization.

Chef Ryan will do a cooking demonstration with tips on how to make great appetizers, such as Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and a Pistachio Crusted Goat Cheese Log that are perfect to take with you to any holiday party.

Robin will have on display a table top Christmas tree made out of a tomato cage with instructions on how to make one of your own. This beautiful little tree will be a great addition to your other decorations.
Trays of various Christmas cookies and treats will be there for you to taste. Even better you can take the recipies home for all of them.
